From Chicago-style hot dogs to a piano gallery, check out five business updates in the Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake area.

North Texas Piano Gallery has opened a Colleyville showroom, owner Scott White said.
The store is an authorized dealer for Kawai pianos. It also sells a selection of grand and baby grand pianos along with upright, digital and hybrid pianos, according to its website.
Customers can choose from a selection of new, used and pre-owned instruments, per the website.
White said he has worked with a number of Kawai America, a subsidiary of Kawai, for the last 10 years.
2. Alypos Regenerative Pain & Wellness
A physician-led regenerative pain care, Alypos Regenerative Pain & Wellness, opened its first location in Southlake in mid-April.
According to the company’s website, the practice identifying root causes of pain through evaluations, ultrasound-guided assessments and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
The practice is led Dr. Brian Bernhardt, who is a triple board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician specializing in regenerative therapies and pain management, according to the company’s website.
Bernhardt said Alypos aims to create a high-touch, low-volume ratio where each patient gets specialized care.
3. Pop Mart
A third Pop Mart location is now open within Grapevine Mills.
The store sells a variety of collectibles and character-based toys, according to its website. Customers can purchase plush dolls, such as Labubu, figurines and accessories.
Pop Mart is located in the former GameStop location within the mall, according to previous reporting. There are two other locations in North Texas in Dallas and Frisco.
4. Portillo’s
The first airport restaurant for Portillo’s opened inside Terminal B, near Gate 22, at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in late May.
Travelers can order Portillo’s signature menu items like Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, char-grilled burgers and Portillo’s chocolate cake, according to a news release. Plans for the Chicago eatery were first announced last May, according to previous reporting.
The restaurant features self-order kiosks and order-ahead pickup, as well as a Portillo’s Grab & Go area. There is also a variety of seating options for more than 50 guests, according to the restaurant’s website.
Portillo’s partner at the airport is PhaseNext Hospitality, according to previous reporting.
The Chicago-based company has two locations in Fort Worth, as well as restaurants in Arlington, Dallas, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Grapevine and The Colony, according to its website.
Relocation
5. Agit
Agit clothing has relocated to a new suite in Grapevine Mills mall.
Agit opened in their old location in June 2024 and relocated to their current location in late May, a company staff member said. According to their company’s website, the clothing store sells affordable streetwear styles for men and women consisting of clothing, accessories and backpacks.
