SOCORRO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso police responded to a water recovery of a man in Socorro on Monday night.
According to the El Paso Police Department, officers were called to the 10700 block of Socorro Road in reference to a water recovery involving an adult man.
Police said the call came in at 7:17 p.m.
