HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office are at the scene of a fatal shooting just outside the city limits of Houston in northwest Harris County Tuesday.
The sheriff’s office said the scene is at an apartment complex located at 7740 W. Little York Road.

According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, deputies determined the man had allegedly been shot by a former roommate. The alleged shooter is currently detained.
The wounded man was transported to a hospital where he has been pronounced dead.
Crime Scene Investigators and homicide detectives have responded to the scene.
