LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Stephanie Ferran, a candidate on the ballot for the city council district 4 special election, officially announced her candidacy for city council district 4 today at Citizens Tower.
Ferran is a native of Lubbock, a small business owner, a life coach, and a mother of four. Ferran says her campaign is built on a deep commitment to neighborhood representation, adding she is running to ensure the community has a dedicated, practical voice advocating for the families and local businesses that make Lubbock thrive.
