SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A man accused of hitting a family with his car on Halloween has been arrested.
San Antonio police say it happened at around 7 p.m. in the 9300 block of Monsanto.
A couple was trick or treating with their 1-year-old child when they were hit.
All three were hospitalized, the man and the child with minor injuries while the woman’s injuries are reported to be serious.
The driver, identified by police as 61-year-old Raul Trevino, hit a parked vehicle, jumped a curb and hit the family.
Police say he hit another parked car and a fence when he tried to drive away.
Trevino was booked into the Bexar County Jail and charged with intoxication assault with vehicle, collision involving serious bodily injury and two counts of collision involving injury.
