Easton Tally, a manager in the consulting division of JTaylor, has been recognized by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts as a national “30-Under-Thirty” honoree for 2025.
The prestigious recognition highlights the country’s top young valuation professionals.
“We are lucky to have Easton on our team,” said Anna Brewer, a NACVA member and consulting partner with JTaylor, in a statement. “He has taken great strides early in his professional career to establish himself as a leader in our practice.”
Tally became a Certified Valuation Analyst in January and has quickly made an impact within JTaylor’s valuation practice. He has played a key role in driving efficiency and leading teaching and training initiatives, ensuring that client work is completed proficiently and in compliance with industry standards. Tally is also recognized for his commitment to mentoring other professionals — enhancing team performance and helping JTaylor deliver actionable results to clients more effectively.
“I’m honored to be recognized,” Tally said. “But more importantly, I’m grateful to work for a partner group that guides yet trusts me, and with colleagues that continually challenge yet support me. While it may sound cliché, it makes it no less true that much of this should be credited to them. It is incredibly meaningful to work at a place that allows you to grow as quickly and boldly as you can with people who are just excited for you as you are for yourself.”
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of TCU, Tally earned his BBA in Finance and Marketing with honors in 2022. He joined JTaylor later that year, focusing on consulting and valuation services, with additional experience in managed care contracting, buy/sell due diligence, and healthcare strategy and operations.
