Fort Worth police say a pedestrian was killed Thursday night by a suspected drunk driver.
Police said a pedestrian was crossing at the intersection of Rosedale St and Chicago Ave. when they were hit by a speeding vehicle.
The victim landed on top of the vehicle and the driver kept going, officers said. The driver stopped in parking lot a seven minute drive away at Rosedale St. and Miller Ave.
The pedestrian who has not yet been identified was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police arrested the driver for intoxication manslaughter. Police have not yet identified the driver.
