Fort Worth – Jose I. Hernandez, 88, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 8, 2026, surrounded by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Friday, June 19, 2026, in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Rosary: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2026, in Mount Olivet Chapel. Jose is survived by his beloved wife, Maestra María Concepción Ramírez; and his children, Jose, Manuel, Francisco, María Soledad, Juana María, María Inés, and Mayela. Jose found great joy in caring for his yard and took pride in keeping it beautiful. He cherished spending time with his family and was happiest when surrounded by his loved ones, creating memories that will be treasured forever. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. The Hernandez family expresses their heartfelt gratitude for the many expressions of affection, support, and solidarity received during this irreparable loss.
