A slice of Paris has officially arrived in Plano, and it’s très délicieux. Say bonjour to Le BEEF Steak + Frites, the newest concept from RNP Concepts, the team behind EG Steak and Bavette Grill, now open at The Shops at Legacy North.

With its bold red façade, black-and-white striped umbrellas and interiors dripping in Parisian flair, this chic bistro is bringing European elegance (and seriously good fries) to Collin County.

While Legacy North already boasts fantastic restaurants like Seasons 52, Ebb & Flow, The Capital Grille and more, Le BEEF adds something fresh — a little flair, a little France and a lot of flavor. It’s approachable yet elegant, affordable yet refined. Whether you’re planning a date night, birthday celebration, girls’ night or just craving a comforting dinner that feels special, Le BEEF hits the sweet spot.

Paris, Texas Style

Le BEEF is everything you’d expect from a Parisian steakhouse, intimate, stylish and just a little bit indulgent. Inside, you’ll find soft lighting, lush drapery and the clinking of wine glasses. Outside, the patio invites you to linger and people-watch over frites under those classic striped umbrellas.

But the real star is the food. The entire menu is prix-fixe at $29.95, giving guests a full three-course experience that feels more Champs-Élysées than Collin County.

Steak, Frites And A Secret Sauce

The meal begins with an artisan salad, a delicious mix of butter lettuce, strawberries, pistachios, dried cranberries and a light champagne vinaigrette. From there, the restaurant also offers a canapé appetizer — tender steak bites tucked into a crisp puff pastry shell — that’s dangerously addictive. Once the palate is warmed up, guests can choose between USDA Prime top blade steak, chicken breast, house sausage or a vegetarian plate.

The steak, wet-aged for 50 days, arrives perfectly seared and sliced, served alongside a mountain of crispy shoestring fries. It’s all elevated by Le BEEF’s signature herb sauce full of flavor (and yes, anchovies).

And those fries? Let’s just say they’re the kind of fries that make you question all other fries. (Pro tip: ask for a side of the mustard cream sauce for dipping — you’ll thank us later.)

For Those With Dietary Restrictions

Vegetarians, don’t feel left out. The zucchini plate, paired with a punchy chimichurri, is far from an afterthought. While it may not be the dish most people seek out at a steak-focused restaurant, this one deserves its moment in the spotlight. The zucchini is lightly charred and perfectly seasoned, offering a smoky depth that balances beautifully with the bright, herb-packed chimichurri. It’s hearty without being heavy, flavorful without relying on meat, a thoughtful option that proves Le BEEF isn’t just about the steak.

In fact, it’s the kind of vegetarian entrée that might make even the most loyal carnivores take a second look at what’s happening on the other side of the menu.

Sips And Sweet Endings

The drink menu is equally impressive, featuring craft cocktails and a curated French wine list. Try the La Vie en Rose, a floral mix of gin, lemon juice, rose water and rose syrup, or the Bisou Bisou, a playful blend of fig vodka, green apple pucker, strawberry syrup, cognac, peach bitters and white wine.

For dessert, the mousse au chocolat is a must — rich, silky and perfectly bittersweet. The pistachio and strawberry cheesecake is another standout, light and airy but still indulgent enough to end the night on a sweet note.
