Century Communities announced the opening of Fulshear Junction, a new residential development planned for more than 250 homes near FM 1093 and Polo Ranch Boulevard, about 35 miles west of downtown Houston.
The Colorado-based homebuilder acquired roughly 100 acres for the project in 2024 and broke ground last year, according to Realty News Report.
New homes in the community start in the high $300,000s, with six floor plans offering up to five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, according to Century Communities. The development is zoned to Lamar Consolidated Independent School District.
“Fulshear Junction represents the next chapter of growth for this thriving area, bringing to life a thoughtfully connected setting where new homes, commercial opportunities, and natural spaces come together,” Tanya Rizzo, division president for Century Communities in Houston, said in a statement.
The community is expected to include parks, playgrounds, walking paths, preserved tree lines and future on-site commercial space. Century Communities described the development as walkable to nearby commercial areas and downtown Fulshear.
“With Fulshear Junction, we’re proud to deliver a community that balances natural surroundings, preserved tree lines, and multiple parks with convenient access to key corridors like Highway 359 and FM 1093,” Rizzo added.
