LUBBOCK, Texas— Lubbock’s newest premier indoor rock climbing gym, inSPIRE, is now open to the public, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Located at 6703 Yonkers Avenue, this modern facility, operated by a well-known local name, provides climbing, fitness and yoga services to the Hub City. Texas Tech basketball coach Grant McCasland and his wife, Cece, played key roles in making this vision a reality. Their inspiration came from their daughter Jersey, a competitive youth climber.

“This dream has been years in the making, and we feel truly blessed to see it finally
become a reality,” said McCasland. “Climbing has brought so much joy to our family, and we’re excited to share that experience with the Lubbock community.”

According to a press release, this new facility offers over 6,000 square feet of bouldering terrain, two adjustable system walls, and dedicated spaces for fitness and yoga classes. Guests can also enjoy birthday parties, group events and climbing programs for people of all ages.

“From day one, our goal has been to build more than just a gym,” said Bryan Robins, CEO of
inSPIRE Rock. “We want to create a space where people connect, grow stronger and feel
inspired, whether they`re trying to climb for the first time or training at a high level.”

Founded in 2014, inSPIRE Rock has become known for its family-centered community and
world-class climbing facilities in Spring and Cypress, Texas.
