Bohème — a 20-guest-room boutique hotel with six suites incorporated — is slated to open in September, hotel officials confirmed. In-room amenities include king-sized beds, wall-length windows and workstations, as well as accommodations like bathrobes, air-conditioning and mini bars.

Austin-based Nova Hospitality will run Bohème’s food and beverage program, with the group behind Austin staples like The Well, TenTen and Devil May Care. The upcoming hotel, previously an apartment building, will feature a rooftop lounge, Higher Spirits, alongside Sacred Souls, an onsite cocktail lounge.

Sacred Souls will serve up specialty cocktails alongside regional spirits and beer offerings, while Higher Spirits will include a 1,000-square-foot lawn to host community-centric events, such as live music, movie premieres, artist events and more.

“We intended to create something that feels elevated in every sense of the word — physically, atmospherically and experientially,” Walker Molinare, founder and C.V.O of Elysian Real Estate Group, said in the announcement. “A place where you can have a beautifully crafted cocktail, but also feel like you’ve stepped into a different headspace for a moment.”

Nearby attractions include music-centric bars The White Horse and Hotel Vegas, restaurants Ramen Tatsu-Ya and Il Brutto, as well as neighborhood watering holes Zilker Brewing and Yellow Jacket Social Club.
