According to multiple media reports, SAPD is responding to a reported shooting involving an officer near two schools on San Antonio’s far north side.
The initial call was for a disturbance involving a gun in the 100 block of Red Hawk Ridge, near Lopez Middle School and Hardy Oak Elementary School.
According to our tv partner, News 4 San Antonio, Police Chief William McManus is on the way and is expected to give an update on what led up to the shooting.
