Pedestrian hit, killed on SH 114 near Keller, police say

A pedestrian was hit and killed while walking through lanes on State Highway 114 near Kirkwood Boulevard in Keller, officials said.

KELLER, Texas — A pedestrian died after they were hit by a car on State Highway 114 near Keller, police said. 

Monday night, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the westbound lanes of SH 114 near Kirkwood Boulevard, according to a spokesperson for the Keller Police Department. 

The pedestrian was walking through lanes of traffic when they were hit, police said. The driver stopped and cooperated with officers, the spokesperson said. 

Police are investigating the incident.
