It’s a big week for fans of Texas-sized gas stations. Two days after Arizona opened its first Buc-ee’s, just west of Phoenix, folks in Tennessee now have a homegrown pit stop that could one day rival the beaver-branded chain. Still, this one is more Disneyland than 7-Eleven.

Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop, the Buc-ee’s-style travel center from country music legend and Tennessee native Dolly Parton, will officially open to the public at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 24. Opening day kicks off a full week of festivities for Dolly Parton fans a chance to enjoy live music, fresh food and drinks and memorabilia from the “9 to 5” singer.

The first 250 guests in line will receive a Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop bandana, according to an Instagram story, but visitors are told to follow social media to stay informed about future giveaways during Grand Opening Week, which runs through July 3. Guests can enjoy food samplings from DLY BBQ, sip coffee from Cup of Ambition and hear a new live musician performer every day of the week, according to a news release. Local Tennessee musicians are also invited to apply to perform at Dolly’s on future dates.

Dolly Parton herself will unfortunately not be in attendance during Grand Opening Week, but fans can swing by a tour bus inspired by the one she has used for years, creating plenty of photo-worthy opportunities.

The festivities will wrap up with a fireworks show on July 3 as soon as the sun goes down.

Sachs, owner of the trusted Tennessean Travel Stop brand,” the news release reads. “Inspired by her lifelong connection to the open road, from her childhood in the hills of East Tennessee to decades spent touring the world by bus, it reimagines what a roadside stop can be for truck drivers, families, and travelers of all kinds. Blending regional roots and high-quality service with her signature warmth and Tennessee spirit, the travel stop offers a welcoming place to rest, refuel, and make the road a little kinder.”

Located at Exit 22 off I-65 in Cornersville, about one hour south of Nashville and one hour northwest of Huntsville, according to the release.
