Polling locations are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and voters can cast their ballots at any vote center in the county — not just the precinct where they’re registered.

The ballot features several statewide and local propositions with issues like taxes, bail and state funding. One of the local meausures includes Proposition A in the Socorro Independent School District, but voters will also see additional propositions depending on where they live.
Turnout during early voting was low, according to county election officials, but they are reminding residents that local elections still matter.
