Approximately 48 fewer homes sold across the six ZIP codes combined that make up Community Impact’s Lake Houston-Humble-Kingwood coverage area, according to data for May 2026 compared with data for May 2025.
Data shows the median prices of homes sold increased in three ZIP codes, decreased slightly in 77044 and 77339, and remained flat in 77346.On average, homes stayed on the market longer in 77338 and sold faster in 77044, 77339 and 77396.
Nearly 62% of homes sold in May 2026 were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
