The Live Oak Sheriff’s Department provides a public record of incidents. The following are arrests made from June 15-21. Individuals arrested or charged with a crime are innocent until proven guilty.

• Robert J. Hernandez IV, 22, of San Antonio, driving while intoxicated, $2,000 bond.

• Emilip P. Morin, 33, of George West, criminal trespass and assault Class C, bonds totaling $2,500.

• Mia Barnes, 20, of Corpus Christi, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, bonds totaling $4,000.

• Tyrell Sayles, 26, of Beeville, assault causing bodily injury to a family member, $3,000 bond.

• Raul Alvarez Jr., 61, of Harlingen, manufacture/delivery/sale of a controlled substance, no bond/in custody.

• Mark T. Randolph, 42, of Three Rivers, sexual assault of a child, $50,000 bond.

• Enrique L. Smith, 20, of George West, assault of a pregnant person and continuous violence against the family, bonds totaling $50,000.

• Jeremy M. Leopold, 53, of Midland, violation of protective order bias/prejudice, $3,000 bond.

• Carmen Villa, 61, of Corpus Christi, possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

• Rene Livas, 68, of Corus Christi, possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

• Christopher Mendez, 20, of Corpus Christi, possession of a controlled substance, $10,000 bond.

• Raymond N. Rodela, 19, of Corpus Christi, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, bonds totaling $16,500.

• Scotty D. McClure, 49, of Poth, driving while intoxicated, $5,000 bond.

• James J. Smith, 54, of Calliham, assault causing bodily injury or a family member, $5,000 bond.

• Isaiah Saavedra, 25, of Corpus Christi, driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container, bond not set.

• Madalynn L. Garcia, 18, of Corpus Christi, unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana, bond not set.

• Natalie R. Rogers, 24, of Corpus Christi, possession of a controlled substance, bond not set.
