EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Emergency crews battled a house fire in Northeast El Paso on Wednesday morning.
According to the El Paso Fire Department, at around 10:05 a.m., crews extinguished a fire at a home located at the 5700 block of Creston Avenue (near where McCombs and Dyer Street intersect).
EPFD described the house fire as condition 2 with heavy smoke.
Also, EPFD stated that multiple people reported the fire before the first crew arrived to extinguish the fire approximately seven minutes after the reports.

Crews said that it took them 15 minutes to bring the fire under control.
No injuries were reported.
No word yet on what caused the fire.
According to EPFD numbers, a total of 13 fire units and 31 firefighters responded to the incident.
The Red Cross is said to be helping the people who live in the home.

Viewer video was shared on the popular social media account @therealfitfamelpaso, showing the fire.
In the video, plumes of smoke could be seen by commuters driving in the area.
