Potbelly will move into a new space on Elm Street, on ground level. It will be near Chick-fil-A and White Rhino Coffee.
The arrival of Potbelly signals a new step for the historic building.
Potbelly has nearly 500 sandwich shops company-wide, with more than 60 in Texas. Menu items like the Italian, meatball sub and a meat-lovers sandwich called A Wreck are bestsellers, a spokesperson said.
Potbelly is expected to open June 29, 2026, at 1401 Elm St., Suite 210 (at The National), Dallas.
