LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – You can now register for the Kidney Splash Fest, hosted by South Plains Kidney Fest. The event will be held at the Texas Tech Leisure Pool at 3219 Main street, Saturday, July 18, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The Splash Fest is a fundraiser, meant to bring awareness to chronic kidney disease and encouraging early detection of the disease. Proceeds stay local to help those in need dealing with kidney disease across the West Texas area.
Entrance fee is $15 for children 12 and under and $20 for adult admission. There will be t-shirts available as well for $20, or $30 when purchased with admission.
