ARLINGTON, Texas – Abilene Christian will return to Globe Life Field to compete in an Amegy Bank College Baseball Series midweek game versus Oregon State on March 1, 2027. It’s the Wildcats’ fourth time playing at the home of the Texas Rangers since 2023.
General admission tickets for the matchup will go on sale this fall. ACU is 2-1 at the Major League ballpark following an extra-innings victory over Oklahoma in 2023 and an 11-9 win over Wichita State in 2025. ACU met Oklahoma State in Arlington in 2024.
The Wildcats and the Beavers previously played a four-game series in 2017 in Corvallis, Ore. Oregon State won the College World Series the following season, its third title in program history.
ACU has been a mainstay in events hosted by REV Entertainment. This past season, the Wildcats competed in the College Baseball Series in Cleburne, Texas versus Texas State and Creighton. ACU also took on Oklahoma State at La Moderna Field in 2025. Its previous games at Globe Life Field were each part of REV Entertainment events.
