The official menu prepared for the World Cup matches combines Texas classics with recipes inspired by international cuisines — a selection designed to reflect both the local identity and the global character of the tournament.
“We’re in Texas, a state where the food is a little spicy, salty and a little smoky. So we have our flavors and our own take on nachos,” George Wasai, vice president of Food and Beverage at Legends Hospitality, the food operator at AT&T Stadium (Dallas Stadium for the World Cup), told The News.
The menu offered by the stadium for World Cup matches combines classics such as the Dallas Cheesesteak and the Birria Quesadilla, as well as several types of nachos.

“We’ve got a lot going on, there’s something for every taste,” said Heather Fuller, concessions chef at Legends Hospitality at Dallas Stadium.
Some items on the menu differ from what’s offered during the Cowboys’ regular season.
Here are some of the dishes available at the stadium during the World Cup and where to find them.
Dallas Cheesesteak
This sandwich features sliced sirloin steak with grilled onions, a secret seasoning and warm white queso on a soft hoagie bun. It has been a classic at AT&T Stadium since 1999. $17.95.

Fans can find it in sections 203, 219, 226, 228, 244 and 250 on the main level, as well as in sections 410, 422, 431, 440, 452 and 454.
Another classic at Dallas Stadium, the Dallas Cheesesteak is topped, Texas style, with warm white queso.

Texas Pie Dog
It’s a beef hot dog topped with chili, cheese, chili-cheese corn chips and pico de gallo. $8.50.
It’s available in sections HOF205, HOF227, HOF232 and HOF254, as well as in sections 201, 217, 219, 226, 242, 244, 302, 319, 328, 344, 402, 413, 431, 444, 451 and 453.

The Texas Pie Dog is a Frito-pie tinged take on classic chili dogs, with chili, cheese, corn chips and pico de gallo.

Birria Quesadilla
The Birria Quesadilla is prepared with slow-cooked beef marinated in Mexican spices and served on a 17-inch flour tortilla with pepper Jack and Oaxaca cheeses. It’s so large that it’s served in a pizza box and can feed two or three people. $26.
The dish will be served with birria broth and can be found in sections 204, 229, 403, 416, 421, 433 and 446.
The Birria Quesadillas at Dallas Stadium are big enough to feed a couple of people.

Dallas Nachos
Fans looking for a classic stadium option will head for the Dallas Nachos: thick-cut Tostitos tortilla chips with warm nacho cheese sauce and chili, topped with pico de gallo and jalapeños. $16.

This will be one of the easiest items to find, as it will be available at dozens of locations, including sections HOF205, HOF227, HOF232, HOF254, 201, 204, 217, 219, 226, 229, 242, 244, 302, 319, 328, 344, 402, 412, 413, 416, 423, 431, 442, 444, 446, 451 and 453.

More and more nachos
Those looking for something a little more adventurous can visit the Specialty Nacho Carts located in sections 218, 243, 417 and 447.
There, you’ll find options like Buffalo Chicken Nachos, Korean BBQ Chicken Nachos made with kimchi, Korean mayonnaise and sesame seeds, and Peri Peri Chicken Nachos, inspired by African and Portuguese flavors.

The Vaqueros Cantina areas, located in sections 204, 229, 416 and 446, will offer chicken and cheese flautas served on a bed of Lay’s Limón potato chips topped with roasted salsa verde and lime crema, as well as Tostitos Esquites, with fire-roasted corn and spicy cream.
The Tostitos Cantina, located in section U423, will serve Island Jerk Nachos, made with Caribbean-style chicken, mango salsa, cilantro and lemon cream. Tostitos Esquites will also be available at this location.
And more nachos outside the stadium
One of the most eye-catching spots is Load Up your Doritos, located on the west side of the stadium within the Stadium Fan Experience.

Cheeseburger Doritos Nachos, with chopped beef cheeseburger, warm nacho cheese, diced tomato, lettuce, chopped pickles and topped with a secret sauce.
Butter Chicken Doritos Nachos, featuring butter chicken served with a vegetable mixture including tomato, red onion, cucumber and cilantro, and drizzled with spiced yogurt.
Esquites Doritos Nachos, featuring fire-roasted corn mixed with spicy cream and topped with cotija cheese and cilantro.
Curry Katsu Chicken Doritos Nachos, featuring fried katsu chicken in curry sauce, cabbage and topped with curry aioli and Japanese barbecue sauce.
Peri-Peri Chicken Doritos Nachos, with peri-peri chicken, peri-peri cheese sauce, pico de gallo and drizzled with garlic aioli.
Texas Barbecue Doritos Nachos, featuring smoked beef brisket, nacho cheese sauce, barbecue sauce, sweet and spicy pickles, coleslaw and scallions.
Also at the Stadium Fan Experience is the Lay’s Table, where visitors can customize their own classic or kettle-cooked potato chips with spice blends inspired by international flavors such as Argentine choripán, harissa (a Moroccan-inspired chile blend), carne asada, kimchi, chicken with bacon and ranch sauce, and British-style beef sausage.
