That champion is New York Knicks legend Allan Houston, who was part of the 1999 Knicks Finals team and a two-time NBA All-Star. Redfin notes average houses in the area often sell for around list price and go pending in about 35 days, while the hottest houses sell for 4% above the asking price and are only on the market for about 20 days.
