BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – A man wanted for murder out of Ward County, Texas, was captured and arrested in Bryan County after a multi-agency operation.
Earnest Millard Jr., 57, of Wickett, Texas, was booked into the Bryan County Jail on June 26.
According to the Bryan County Sheriff’s Office, Millard Jr. was wanted for murder out of Bryan County.
The sheriff’s office said his arrest was the result of a multi-agency partnership with the Eastern District U.S. Marshals Task Force, the Calera Police Department, and Lt. Trey Wright of the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police Department.
Details concerning Millard Jr.’s capture and the murder accusation against him have not been released.
According to jail records, Millard Jr. remains in custody at the Bryan County Jail.
