The City Magazine is marking the release of its July 2026 “Medical Issue” with a launch celebration at The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park in El Paso.
The magazine will host the unveiling event on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the historic hotel.
Organizers said the evening will bring together community leaders, health care professionals, advertisers, readers and other guests to recognize El Paso physicians, specialists and medical innovators featured in the issue.
As El Paso’s official lifestyle magazine, we are proud to recognize our city’s leading medical minds who are shaping the future of healthcare right here in our community,” Editor-In-Chief Veronica Nevarez said. “This will be a celebration of their dedication, leadership and commitment to serving the people of El Paso.
The July 2026 cover is scheduled to be unveiled at about 7:30 p.m. in the hotel’s Trost Ballroom.
The event will also honor the issue’s featured physician, who will be recognized for excellence in medicine and a career focused on service to the community. Guests will be invited to view a newly debuted centerfold highlighted as one of the issue’s standout features.
The celebration is expected to close with acknowledgements to The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park for its hospitality and its partnership to carry The City Magazine in each of its 150 guest rooms, along with thanks to advertisers, readers, followers and community supporters.
The July 2026 “Medical Issue” will be available at area Walgreens, The Plaza Pioneer Park and other distribution locations throughout El Paso. A digital edition will be available at thecityep.com following its release.
