If you’re about to grab your July 4 cookout groceries from H-E-B, it looks like you’ll have to head inside the store, as curbside and delivery orders are down for the count.

One shopper (@bauminater) on X noticed that on the H-E-B app, the earliest they could schedule delivery and curbside orders in San Antonio was 7 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, taking to social media to ask the company what’s going on. When MySA went to check for ourselves, the H-E-B app shows no times available for curbside orders.

In a reply to the shopper, H-E-B said, “We are currently experiencing a system issue resulting in Curbside and Home Delivery delays. We are currently working on a resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.”

It’s unclear at this time whether the system issue is preventing orders from being processed, or if it’s an app glitch preventing delivery and pickup dates and times from populating. However, it seems that the issue isn’t isolated to San Antonio. Shoppers on the r/heb subreddit noticed it for orders in Houston, Austin and Irving as well.

MySA reached out to H-E-B for comment, and a spokesperson said they’re looking into the matter. This is a developing story, check back for any updates.
