Michael S. Little, 54, was born in Fort Worth to Michael D. Little and Nancy Little on Oct. 13, 1971.
Michael served as a teacher in Fort Worth Independent School District for over 23 years. Michael was known by a few different names. To his students, he was Mr. Little, and to FWISD he was Michael Little, but to his close friends and family, he was our Shane.
He held a bachelor’s in business and a master’s in sustainability. He appreciated the value of working hard for what you have, living within your means and preparing for the future. He valued being healthy, which made him a phenomenal health and P.E. teacher, because he led by example. He was an avid reader, loved learning and educated himself on a variety of topics.
He had a wonderful sense of humor and could make anyone around him laugh. He always treated others with kindness, consideration and valued living by the Golden Rule: “Treat others how you would like to be treated.”
In lieu of plants/flowers, the family would like anyone who wants to make a contribution, to make it to their favorite charity in his name and memory.
