Shia LaBeouf was spotted in El Paso — again.
The actor took selfies with fans over the weekend at the El Paso International Airport, according to a post by FitFam El Paso, which shared photos of LaBeouf posing with fans and United Airlines employees.
The “Transformers” star is no stranger to the city, having visited El Paso several times.
In January, he was captured outside El Paso’s Finest, a souvenir and fine arts shop across from San Jacinto Plaza, according to a video the store shared on Instagram. The video also appeared to show LaBeouf looking at merchandise inside the store and taking photos with El Pasoans.
The actor also visited El Paso on Feb 5. 2025 and was spotted in the same area — in and around San Jacinto Plaza. A day later, photos emerged of the actor visiting Bucks Cabaret, an adult entertainment club, on Feb. 6. LaBeouf was accompanied by his father, according to an employee at the gentlemen’s club.
FitFam El Paso has shared that LaBeouf’s visits to El Paso are tied to rodeo training for his upcoming movie, “God of the Rodeo.”
The crime thriller is set in Louisiana’s Angola Prison in 1967 — the deadliest prison in the American South— and tells the story of Buckkey, a hardened inmate serving a life sentence who finds a glimmer of redemption in an unlikely opportunity: the prison’s first-ever inmate rodeo, according to Deadline.
“As Buckkey and his fellow inmates prepare for a last grasp at glory, they’re confronted with the reality that the rodeo is nothing more than a gladiatorial showcase — a grueling fight for survival designed to satiate the public’s bloodlust and fulfill the warden’s delusion of godliness,” Deadline writes.
