Noel Walker, 20, of Conroe, Texas, was taken into custody on July 2 by Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and Safe Harbor Detectives. An investigation started with an online tip referral from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
After receiving the tip, Precinct 3 detectives conducted an investigation and established enough probable cause to secure an arrest warrant for Walker.
Detectives discovered that Walker altered public social media photos of multiple minors by taking off their clothes using an artificial intelligence tool on his phone. The photos that were manipulated showed the faces of children whose bodies were naked from the neck down. Detectives carried out a search warrant at Walker’s Conroe, Texas, home on May 28, 2026. The suspect’s devices were confiscated and then subjected to forensic examination.
Walker has been charged with five counts of possession of child pornography, which are first-degree felonies, and one count of promoting or possessing a child-like sex doll. Walker publicly described himself as a youth pastor and worship leader at Infinity Church in North Houston near Spring, at the time of his arrest.
According to investigators, thousands of suspected child sexual abuse material photos and videos are thought to be on the confiscated electronic devices. A forensic investigation is in progress, and further state and/or federal charges may be filed as detectives continue to review the evidence.
