Rey was born on November 27, 1960, in Angeles City, Philippines, to Santiago and Aurea Aquino. Throughout his life, he was known for his joyful spirit, unwavering perseverance, strong work ethic, and deep love for his family and friends. Rey had a remarkable gift for making others smile, laugh, and he never met a stranger. His warm personality and genuine kindness allowed him to form lasting friendships wherever life took him. Above all else, Rey cherished his family. He is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Maria; his daughter, Kimberly; his son, Kelvin and daughter-in-law, Krissa; his two beloved grandchildren, Kendrick and Callie. He also leaves behind many treasured relatives and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by his love, generosity, and friendship.
