LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Randi Mahomes, mother of NFL star and former Texas Tech quarterback Patrick Mahomes, joined parents across the South Plains for the first-ever Ultimate Sports Parent Experience, an event focused on how parents can stay involved in their children’s sports.
Mahomes said she hopes her experience as the parent of a star athlete can provide encouragement to others.
“I like to share in others,” Mahomes said, speaking about her family’s love for sports and her desire to encourage people to keep their kids in sports and follow their dreams.
