The Plano Police Department says a Plano man is under arrest in a child sexual assault case first reported in October.
Forty-nine-year-old Kevin Koehler is charged with four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
Police say Koehler turned himself in to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office on Monday and was arrested.
The arrest followed a joint investigation by the Plano Police Department and the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office Child Advocacy Center.
Court records show Koehler was released subject to pretrial conditions and has an August court date.
