Soon, those same residents will be able to patronize a mega $52 million health and wellness project expected to kickstart construction come early 2027. Life Time Fitness is building an estimated 102,000-square-foot fitness center at 301 CR 178, Cedar Park, TX 78613, according to project documents registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on Monday, July 6.
Construction on the development is estimated to begin in early February 2027, with preliminary project details anticipating a construction completion date in late August 2028. Both project costs and timeline estimates included in TDLR filings are approximations and are subject to change.
Embedded within the scope of the development, Life Time Fitness has teed up a fitness center alongside two separate food service areas, pools, office space, retail as well as two-hour babysitting services offered on site.
Excluding the upcoming Cedar Park project, the Lone Star State is home to 40 Life Time locations that are either operational or under development, including five Life Time Fitness centers within Austin’s city limits. Other active projects underway in Texas include locations in Harvest Green, Prosper and The Colony, with each anticipated to open sometime in 2027.
