According to the Sheriff’s Office, the warrants stem from an investigation into allegations that Ilog sexually assaulted a patient between 2021 and 2025 while employed as a nurse practitioner at a behavioral health clinic.

As KTSM 9 News previously reported, accusations of Ilog alleged inappropriate sexual relationships with his patients caused him to surrender his license in September 2025.

Documents from the Texas Board of Nursing revealed that while Ilog was employed at a behavioral clinic, he engaged in a sexual relationship with a patient during therapeutic sessions. In these sessions, Ilog would concentrate on the details of the patient’s sex life after discovering that the patient experienced hypersexuality during a manic episode of bipolar disorder.

In another behavioral clinic, Ilog engaged in another sexual relationship with another patient. It was noted in documents that the relationship developed during a period when the patient was receiving psychiatric medication management.

According to a grand jury indictment, Ilog allegedly forced one patient to perform oral sex and penetrated the victim without their consent. The alleged incident happened between June 2023 and March 2025.

Ilog was taken into custody without incident and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with a $100,000 bond. His arraignment is set for July 21.
