The $1.1 billion North City project on 300 acres between I-35W and U.S. 287 continues to take shape alongside earlier arrivals like Pickle City USA, Andretti Indoor Karting and Carvana’s 12-story vending machine. Developer Steve McKeever plans to add a music venue, high-end grocer, park and three apartment complexes to North City, including the $45 million Resia North City apartment complex with 464 units under construction.
