Heritage Creekside’s The Buckley is now open and leasing.
A new apartment community has opened in Plano’s Heritage Creekside development.
Rosewood Property Company and partner MetLife Investment Management are now leasing at The Buckley, a 338-unit multifamily community at 600 Kissimmee Drive. The four-story midrise is the second apartment property to open within the 156-acre mixed-use development, joining The Ludlow.
The Buckley offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Heritage Creekside is a development in West Plano that includes restaurants, retail and wellness businesses, single-family homes, townhomes and multiple apartment communities.
According to a recent news release, The Buckley was named a finalist in the 2026 Dallas Business Journal Real Estate Deals awards.
