Dallas Fire Rescue is responding to a fire at a homeless encampment in East Dallas on Tuesday, July 14.
DFR told WFAA that a grass fire was reported at 4:03 p.m. in the 11600 block of Ferguson Road at the encampment located behind an apartment complex. Plumes of black smoke could be seen from miles away.
No injuries have been reported so far.
