United Athletic Conference Announces 2026-27 Women’s Basketball Conference Schedule

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. –The United Athletic Conference announced the 2026-27 women’s basketball schedule of conference games on Wednesday, featuring 16 games for each of the league’s nine institutions.
 
UTA opens conference play against Abilene Christian on Wednesday, Jan. 6, at the College Park Center before a bye on Saturday, Jan. 9.
 
The Mavericks then hit the road for contests at Central Arkansas on Wednesday, Jan. 13, and Little Rock on Saturday, Jan. 16. UTA returns to action the following week with a trip to Tarleton State on Wednesday, Jan. 20, before hosting Austin Peay on Saturday, Jan. 23.
 
The Lady Mavs return home for a doubleheader week alongside men’s basketball, welcoming West Georgia on Wednesday, Jan. 27 and North Alabama on Saturday, Jan. 30, at the CPC.
 
UTA heads back on the road the following week with games at Eastern Kentucky on Wednesday, Feb. 3, and Austin Peay on Saturday, Feb. 6.
 
The Mavericks will travel to Abilene Christian on Wednesday, Feb. 10, before returning home to host Central Arkansas in a doubleheader weekend on Saturday, Feb. 13.
 
UTA will remain home the following week, hosting EKU as part of another doubleheader week on Wednesday, Feb. 17, before a bye on Saturday, Feb. 20.
 
The road swing resumes with contests at West Georgia on Wednesday, Feb. 24, and North Alabama on Saturday, Feb. 27.
 
UTA will close the regular season at College Park Center, hosting Tarleton State on Wednesday, March 3, before concluding conference play against Little Rock on Saturday, March 6, in the final home doubleheader of the season.
 
The 2027 United Athletic Conference Basketball Tournament is set for March 10-14 at Credit Union of Texas Event Center in Allen, Texas.
