A new family owned and operated restaurant, Fourths, opened its doors on South Congress Avenue, featuring American cuisine, a beverage garden and a drive-thru, according to a news release.
The restaurant officially opened to customers on July 10 and was created to bring customers high-quality eats, hospitality and an inviting environment, according to the release.
“Our dream has always been to create a place where people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door,” Fourths owners said in the release. “Everything we do is centered around serving fresh, handcrafted food, providing genuine hospitality, and creating an experience that keeps people coming back.”
On the menu
The menu features a selection of American classics, featuring handhelds like burgers and chicken sandwiches. Specialty burgers include the firecracker fourth, prepared with jalapeños, bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomato and American cheese.
For patrons craving chicken, Fourths has crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches, wings and tenders. Sides and other offerings include fries, tater tots, onion rings, frito pie and corn dogs.
The drink menu
Fourths also features a Texas Vine and Brew Garden where customers can sip on local beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
For a non-alcoholic beverage, customers can get specialty coffees like the sweet cream cold brew, or a milkshake; flavor options include fruity pebbles and mint chocolate.
