Former UCF dance team member joins Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders

A former UCF Dance Team member is now a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader. The Dallas Cowboys announced the girls who earned spots on the 2026-2027 cheerleading team, including former UCF dancer Lexi Smith. The University of Central Florida posted a message on Facebook congratulating Smith. “We’re so proud of you,” the post read.Smith also shared her excitement and gratitude on Instagram. “The experience has not only helped me grow as a dancer but also as a person,” Smith said.
