No beaters allowed here. Garages of America, a developer of luxury garages designed for automotive enthusiasts, collectors, hobbyists and entrepreneurs, is bringing its signature “car caves”’ to Colleyville.

Located at John McCain Road and Colleyville Boulevard, the new development marks the company’s first garage community in Tarrant County.

Garages of America Colleyville will include four buildings primed to provide a nice spot for that Ferrari or to just to hang out and watch a game with buddies.

Each garage suite will provide owners with the chance to create a space tailored to their individual needs, whether that includes premium vehicle storage, a private retreat or showcase space for a collection.

The Colleyville project expands the Garages of America footprint in North Texas while introducing the brand to Northeast Tarrant County.

The “car condo’” market is expanding rapidly in Texas. Along with Garages of America, WorldClass Garages is developing a community at 890 Davis Blvd.  expected to open later this year down the road in Southlake. That project will feature 36 customizable garage condos, a private owners clubhouse and plans for future commercial space.

Prices for these combination garages and hangout spaces range from $1,500 to $3,000 per month for units between 600 and 1,900 square feet.

Credit solution for Elevate

Fort Worth-based Elevate, a tech-enabled provider of online credit solutions, has finalized a $655 million credit line that the company says strengthens its financial foundation and supports continued investment in its platform, brands and growth.

According to a news release from Elevate, the $655 million represents one of the largest financings in Elevate’s history and extends relationships with key lending partners that have supported the company for nearly a decade.

The new credit line lowers the cost of capital, increases committed capacity and provides greater flexibility to support growth across its product portfolio, including the company’s RISE and Elastic brands.

Elevate is a majority owned subsidiary of Catalyst Capital PartnersAcquisition Corp, which acquired the company in 2023. Elevate provides tech-enabled online credit products designed to help customers address immediate financial needs while encouraging responsible financial behavior.
