New BMW dealership scheduled to open in 2028 in Arlington.

A permit has been filed to build a BMW dealership in Arlington in December, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The dealership will be at 1700 E. Interstate 20. Construction is scheduled to begin Dec. 1 and conclude by June 2028.
This will be the second BMW dealership in Arlington, joining the one at 1105 E Lamar Blvd.
The project is privately funded and estimated to cost around $10 million. The project file says the building will be 71,417 square feet.
The owner of the project is Group 1 Realty, Inc., an international automotive company based in Houston, and the project is being designed by Sparc Plus LLC.
