LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Lubbock grand jury indicted a former Frenship ISD aide on voyeurism charges.
T’Nae Harrell was arrested back in May after admitting to police she acted inappropriately with a seven-year-old student.
According to an affidavit from Lubbock ISD police, Harrell made a lewd comment about the student’s breast size then lifted her shirt to show another staff member.

Four staff members witnessed the incident and it was also captured on classroom security video.
In addition to the criminal investigation, Frenship ISD reported details of the case to Child Protective Services and the State Board of Education Certification.
