TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – A horse named “Texas” got loose in Lindale Tuesday morning, trotting through streets and a parking lot with officers in pursuit.
Lindale police officers responded just after 7 a.m. to reports of a brown and white paint horse loose on Jim Hogg Road.
The horse was seen passing through an Exxon parking lot and trotting down Joyce Street before police caught up with it.
From the initial call to officers securing the horse, the incident lasted about 35 minutes. No injuries were reported.
