A man is in critical condition after being shot in the head Tuesday afternoon following an altercation on a Metro bus.
The Houston Police Department said in a post on X Tuesday afternoon that its officers, along with Metro police and Precinct 7 constable deputies, were at a shooting scene in the 5800 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard.
The shooting occurred around 1:45 p.m. after two people argued on the bus and continued the dispute after they got off, Metro said in a statement.
A third person who was not on the bus but appeared to know one of the people involved in the argument shot one of the men in the head, Metro said.
