HOUSTON – An investigation is underway after a young man and a young woman were found shot and killed on Sunday on Houston’s Northside.

The shooting was reported on West Canino Road near I-45.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says two people were found shot at the scene: A female possibly in her late teens, and a male believed to be in his late 20s.
Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene.
The shooter left the scene before authorities arrived.

No one involved has been identified at this time.
There is no information regarding any potential suspects.
