A confrontation between a teenager, her brother and her ex-boyfriend let to the killing of two of them on Harris County’s northside Sunday morning.
Police were called about 11 am to the home along Canino near 45 the North Freeway.
The 17-year-old mother was handing her child off to a relative outside her home when her ex-boyfriend appeared, brandishing a gun, according to a witness
An argument ensured, according to investigators, and the mother’s brother appeared at the door, attempting to intervene.
The ex-boyfriend then shot and killed them both, then fled.
He was found by deputies a short time later in his car, and was taken into custody while Harris County Sheriff’s deputies confiscated what they believe to be the murder weapon.
