A single-engine plane crashed at Arlington Municipal Airport on Monday morning, according to the the Arlington Fire Department.
The plane veered off the runway after landing at 10:42 a.m., according to Arlington Fire.
The pilot was the only person on board and was able to exit the aircraft without assistance, according to the Arlington Fire. No injuries were reported from the crash, according to Cynthia Lemus, communications coordinator for the city of Arlington.
Arlington Fire responded to an Alert 3 which is an aircraft crash or incident. The responders found that there was no fire, fuel leaks or other dangerous conditions from the incident, and cleared the scene in less than an hour.
Officials previously said that two people were on board, but Arlington Fire later confirmed in a written statement that the pilot was the only person on board.
The plane was an Aviat Husky A-1C, a two-seat backcountry light airplane.
The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash.
