According to the documents, a BHPD officer was dispatched to a domestic call at the apartment complex off Valley Mills. When at the scene, the officer only encountered the victim, as Blair had already left to the store.

The police officer learned the suspect was in possession of a nine-inch military blade on him.

He also observed a light red hand mark on the victim’s left cheek and proceeded to document evidence of it, the document states.

The victim told the officer the couple had gotten into an argument because Blair asked her to drop previous domestic violence charges.

According to the document, the victim’s dog started to growl at Blair, and he “said he would kill the dog.”

Blair struck the victim’s left cheek with his open hand slapping her across the face.

When Blair returned, he was placed under arrest and booked into the McLennan County Jail.
